No. WholesaleBridge is 100% cloud-based and runs entirely in your web browser. No downloads, no desktop software, no ERP integration, no IT department required. Any team member with a browser can be up and running in under 5 minutes.

No. Upload your file exactly as your carrier system generates it. Our AI column mapper learns your format on the first upload and remembers it for every future upload. We support CSV, TSV, pipe-delimited, and XML files with automatic delimiter detection. No reformatting, no templates, no training required.

After signing up, go to Settings and enter your Faire API key. WholesaleBridge encrypts your key with AES-256-GCM vault encryption — it's never stored in plaintext and never exposed in logs. Once connected, you can start uploading shipping files immediately.

Over 1,200 carriers including FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, Amazon Shipping, OnTrac, and all major LTL freight carriers (XPO Logistics, Old Dominion, Estes, Dayton Freight, ABF Freight, and more). Our carrier detection engine uses fuzzy matching — even if your CSV has abbreviations or typos like "Fed Ex" or "FEDERAL EXPRESS", WholesaleBridge will recognize the carrier automatically.

WholesaleBridge currently integrates with Faire. Support for Airgoods, JOOR, Tundra, and Bulletin is on our roadmap. We also support reverse sync to Shopify — when you push tracking to Faire, WholesaleBridge can automatically update your Shopify fulfillments too.

Yes. WholesaleBridge automatically detects LTL (Less Than Truckload) carriers like XPO Logistics, Old Dominion, Estes, Dayton Freight, and more. LTL shipments are flagged for special handling since they typically require palletization and different tracking workflows. Our premium tier includes LTL-specific features like delivery tracking and proof of delivery capture.

Yes. WholesaleBridge supports reverse sync to Shopify. When you push tracking data to Faire, WholesaleBridge can automatically create fulfillments in your Shopify store using the modern FulfillmentOrders API. You can optionally notify customers when their order ships.

WholesaleBridge handles multiple shipping formats seamlessly. Each CSV format gets its own saved template with column mappings and cost rules. If warehouse A exports in one format and warehouse B in another, WholesaleBridge recognizes each format automatically by its header fingerprint and applies the right mapping.

WholesaleBridge uses a smart holding pen system:

• Hard errors (missing PO number, missing tracking) are flagged and skipped automatically.
• Soft warnings (tracking format mismatch, possible duplicate) are routed to a review queue where you can approve, edit, or skip each row.

Nothing is submitted to Faire without your approval. Error messages include specific details like "Row 14: tracking 12345 doesn't match FedEx format (expected 12 or 15 digits)" so you know exactly what to fix.

Yes. WholesaleBridge supports template-level cost rules:

• Pass-through — report your actual shipping cost (default)
• Free shipping — set cost to $0
• Flat rate — fixed dollar amount per shipment
• Percentage — adjust by a percentage of actual cost
• Cap — set a maximum ceiling

Cost rules are per template — run a free shipping promo in March and switch back in April. WholesaleBridge also enforces Faire's 50% shipping cap automatically, flagging any shipment where shipping exceeds 50% of the order subtotal.

Yes. WholesaleBridge supports multi-user organizations. Each team member gets their own login with optional multi-factor authentication. All uploads are tracked by user in the audit trail.

WholesaleBridge processes uploads in two phases. Phase 1 (validation and mapping) happens instantly — you see a preview within seconds. Phase 2 (pushing to Faire) runs in the background with up to 10 concurrent API calls for maximum throughput. A typical 500-row shipping file completes in under 60 seconds.

Yes. Security is our top priority:

No. WholesaleBridge is an independent third-party tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Faire, Inc. We use Faire's official API to push shipping data on behalf of brands who provide their own Faire API credentials.
